Exhibitor Changes to 2024 Antique Fair
We have begun planning the 2024 Antique and Vintage Fair! We can’t wait to see you all for another year of this wonderful event. There have been some changes within the city and as it is with every year, we have new changes to our event landscape. We will continue to update this as we learn more. Please check back for more updates!
No RV’s, Moving Trucks, or Trailers will be allowed within the grounds (grass) of Pavilion Park. If you are someone who needs to have your Truck, Trailer, or RV with them during open hours of the antique fair and are usually within the park please contact me to be relocated to a location that can fit your vehicle. If your vehicle is taller than 8 feet, please include that in the notes of your application.
Exhibitors are responsible for the sprinkler heads inside their parking space. If one is broken during move in, the exhibitor is responsible for the cost of replacement. Show management will be sure that sprinkler heads are marked off.
All antique fair applications will be processed online and payment with card. All card processing is done securely by the processing company Stripe. All of your information will remain protected and confidential. Your application will be processed once the funds post.
Please submit your application no later than May 1st to request your space from the previous year. Given the changes made to our downtown, we can not guarantee that you will get the space that you requested. We will also be rearranging some of the vendors who previously had RV and Trailers. Some of the previous areas that were open to all, are going to be changed to designated spaces for larger trucks and RV’s. This was not a decision we made lightly. It was one out of necessity in order to ensure that we will be allowed by the city to use our parks for our fair.
